Easy Belt Tension Adjustment (Horizontal Distributors)
We have made it easy to test if your belt is properly tightened. Poor tension is when the operator can pass a dime through the coils and have a nickel by help unable to pass through.

- Used on the 20 or 22-Ton (TR20T, TR22T) Spreaders
10-Bolt Truck Hubs
- Uses 80-90w gear lube to increase bearing life
- Same system over-the-road trucks use to haul 80,000 lbs
Apron Chain Tightener
Our unique apron chain tightener allows for easy work on the chain. A wrench and a prybar is all you need to make it simple to adjust.
Recycled Truck Axles and Walking Beam Suspension
Our Spread-All axles are tougher than farm axles and more environmentally friendly. The pivot point toward the rear allows for the front tire to come out of ditches, terraces, and holes with greater ease.
Composite Material Boxes
The interior of our Spread-All are made from a 3/4" x 6" tongue and groove board system. They provide a great seal on the material, and prevent corrosion. We also place 2" boards on the rail.
Pintle Apron Chains
On our Spread-All, we use a pintle apron chain with 29,300 PSI ultimate strength per strand. The 4-strand apron chain allows for a total of 117,200 PSI.
Hydraulic End Gate
Positioned to keep the material from spilling, the hydraulic end gate moves before the floor chain.
